Do you charge a service call fee?
No. We charge $0 to come out, diagnose your system and give you a repair price in writing. You only pay if you approve the work — most companies in San Antonio charge $79–$129 just to show up.
How soon can you get here?
Call us and we’ll give you the soonest available appointment, often within a day or two. Our service hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and Saturday 8am–1pm, and our phones are answered until 8pm on weekdays — so you can reach a real person even after the trucks are in for the day.
Do you charge extra on Saturdays?
No. There’s no weekend surcharge — Saturday service is priced the same as any weekday. We’re open Saturdays from 8am to 1pm.
Can you give me a second opinion?
Yes, and it’s free. If another company has quoted you a repair or a full replacement, we’ll come out at no charge, look at your system ourselves and give you an honest assessment in writing — whether or not you end up hiring us.

What is the "$5,000 rule" for repair vs. replace?
