An oversized air conditioner will make your house cold and clammy.

we find. A system that’s too big cools the air fast, hits the thermostat setting, and shuts off — before it has run long enough to pull the humidity out. You end up with a house that’s 72 degrees and sticky, a system that short-cycles itself to an early death, and rooms that never feel the same.

We walk your house
Room by room. Windows, orientation, insulation, ceiling height, ductwork, where the sun hits in the afternoon. It takes about an hour and it's free.
We run the load calculation
A Manual J room-by-room heat load calculation and a Manual D duct check — the ACCA standards referenced in the International Residential Code. This is the step almost everybody skips.
You get the numbers in writing
A written sizing report with the tonnage your house actually needs, the equipment options that match it, and a flat price for each. It's yours to keep, even if you hire someone else.
We install it
Old equipment removed, new indoor and outdoor units set, ductwork corrected where the calculation says it needs to be. Next-day installation available.
We test it and hand it over
Airflow verified, refrigerant charge checked, every room measured before we leave. We register your manufacturer warranty in your name and walk you through the system.

Should you repair it or replace it?
We'll show you both numbers and let you decide. A rough guide a lot of homeowners use: multiply the age of the system by the repair cost. If it comes out over $5,000, replacing usually makes more financial sense. But that's a rule of thumb, not an answer — and it isn't a reason for us to push you into a new system.
